Took it back and because I was 1 month out of warranty they told me “there is nothing they could do” keep in mind is truck is a secondary vehicle that I don’t drive and keep it in the garage. I went to Dealer Source to have katskinz leather seat with heated and cooled options added to my 2025 Tacoma. They were very professional and informative.The day to drop off the vehicle I had lost my way to get back to pick the truck up when is was finished and was just going to get dropped off the next morning and would only would’ve had to wait a little over a hour till they opened up. It was no big deal from me.The people at dealer source went above and beyond, when the truck was finished they called me to let me know they would deliver the vehicle to me. I was blown away because I do exactly live close by.I thanked them and even offered to drive the person that was driving my truck back to the shop so they wouldn’t have to send two people. But they said no problem.I’m blown away by this and they have gained a customer for life and I will send anyone that’s asking for a shop their way.

Awesome experience! The guys installed airbags on my pickup. Not only was the quote better than anyone else's, they worked with my schedule that is ridiculously busy. Friendly professionals. Took the time to demo the product and answered all my questions before I drove away.Next time I need something on a truck, I'm going there.Edit- Since this review I've had a couple issues. First was just a loose ground and second a part failed. Both instances were handled for as warranty with no cost to me. Still recieved the same professionalism and courtesy as the install. I can not stress this enough, there is no other outfitter in San Antonio at this level when it comes to customer care.

Very impressive operation from the first phone call through completion. Our Ford Edge needed front proximity sensors and a front view parking camera. Dealer source said they could do the job and they did so flawlessly. The Dealer Source technicians had the expertise required to install these electronic devices in the car and make them communicate flawlessly with the vehicle. Dealer Source was recommended by our mechanics in Kerrville, saying that this was the only place that could get the job done right. Highly recommended.

Came in for an issue with my sound system in my truck that was not installed by them. Tom helped me out immediately and thoroughly went through the system in front of me. The issue was a blown amp due to lack of power. Instead of trying to sell me a new one he said I should first contact the manufacturer and told me what I needed installed to keep this from happening again. A month after purchase, I took my 2024 Chevy Traverse to have the fabric seats replaced with leather, since I couldn’t locate a vehicle with them already installed. They were very easy to work with, and a week after my inquiry visit they were installed in less than 2 hours on all 3 rows of seats. My husband will be taking his Camaro in next to replace his worn seats next! Highly recommend as all people I was in contact were friendly and knowledgeable in their products

I can’t give Dealer Source enough praise and thumbs up!We requested a lot of work for our 2022 Toyota Tacoma.- Bug/Rock deflector- Front and Back window Rain Deflectors- Driver and Passenger Heated Seats- Remote Start- Spray in bed liner.I dropped the vehicle off and the owner gave me a ride to work.The communication was incredible.we were informed the truck has a plastic liner and the spray was not recommended/warranties. We were informed the vehicle already had remote start, the dealer did not tell us.Great customer service, professional, demonstrated top-notch communication with integrity. Great customer service. Asked for a quote on tint, was able to schedule service within a few days. When tint application took longer than expected, Dealer Source Ltd delivered my vehicle when finished.Used Dealer Source previously to install heated/vented leather seats. Again, great customer service. When an issue arose about 1 month later, they inspected the installation and resolved issue.Recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

I wasn't going to say anything, but I keep getting texts because I haven't. I am happy with the work done and the quality of materials. However I was extremely disappointed when I found that the back of my receipt contained a petty litany of every flaw in the car. This isn’t a show car. It’s an older daily driver that I’m repairing/ restoring because I don’t want to pay the price of a new car. I paid Dealer Source $556 to recover a seat, and in return they provide a snarky list of what doesn’t meet their standards. They weren't even asked to address a single thing on the list. The seat is nice, the attitude sucks.

Very disappointed!!My husband and I are senior citizens and recently purchased our retirement 2024 Mercedes Sprinter.We purchased running boards for the Sprinter however because of our age we could not climb into the van without the running boards.The running boards that were installed were so high off the ground that we couldn’t step into the van. We were told there was nothing they could do for us to make it right.Vincent told us we could get a refund and pay a small restocking fee but changed his story once we returned.These people are ignorant and do not have the customer’s best interest at heart. We are out over $1,000 and back to square one looking for a company that will work with us.Funny how we were charged a 4-hr installation fee but it only took them 10 minutes to remove them for us. Scammers!Shame on this company!!!!

We had them install running boards on our vehicle. They were so high that we could not even get into the vehicle. We were told we could return them but pay a restocking fee. They changed their story this morning and refused to give us our money back with a return. They charged us over $400 to install them for 4 hours of labor. Funny how they removed them in 10 minutes. Be fair Dealer Source. We paid a total of almost $1200 for a $500 board.

These folks are great for leather seats. Have used them twice with excellent result. Not so great with other things. Received a quote of $250.00 to install basic running boards on a Tacoma. They said it was two hours of labor. Went down the road to Hill Country 4x4 and they did it in less than an hour. Charged me $162.00 taxes included. Outside of leather not sure if I trust these guys.

First and foremost, excellent service, professionalism and guidance from start to finish. Access to shop was convenient and staff, very accommodating to clarifying queries and concerns. They executed several major upgrade scopes to my truck and thus far, no concerns or issues. Leather package is identical to factory grade (requested) and other installations were clean and crisp in terms of quality and esthetics. They promptly followed up on missed called, tire analytics and other performance evaluations to ensure I was comfortable with my selections, being somewhat unfamiliar with the upgrade/modification world. Brady was excellent with managing my account and supported me fully throughout the works. Took our 4Runner in yesterday for a remote starter. We needed one that would start at 32 degrees and run for a few minutes. We are headed home to Canada and don't have a block heater. They worked all day and couldn't get it to program. They had me take it to Charles Maund ro reseed the keys. That took 3 hours and they couldn't do it. I went back to DS; very frustrated. Steve had his guy call back and talk to the service manager; he gave him a very simple fix and it was ready in an hour. Extremely cheesed off at Charles Maund's inept staff. I can highly recommend Steve and his staff; they never stopped looking for a solution to getting the 4Runner's remote to work. 5 stars.

Purchased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline truck from Gunn Honda, noticed several days later that the tailgate does not lock. I called Honda and ask if my model had a tailgate lock and they stated no. I told them they shoul always let the customer know this. I am sure most consumers assume your tailgate locks. Anyway a representative from Honda referred me to Dealer Source for installation of a tailgate lock. I called and spoke to Mike who asked me what would be a good time to drop off my truck the following day. I arrived and spoke to Mike who was extremely pleasant explaining how long it would take to install the tailgate lock. The place was clean and displayed their products that looked like quality products. I sat down and had a hot cup of coffee and browsed my phone. My vehicle was completed in less than 2 hours. Went outside with Mike who made sure the locking mechanism on the tailgate worked properly and it did. I felt better knowing I had a tailgate that locked. I would definitely recommend this place and shout out to Mike for his excellent customer service!
