The DVD player in my car stopped working so I called the car dealership who then directed me to Dealer Source. I spoke to Tom. He went above and beyond to help me. I no longer live in Texas. Tom called his contacts at the company who make the DVD player to see where there was a shop in my state to install a new one. Not only is he shipping the new player to that shop, he advocated for this replacement to be covered under the warranty. I was amazed by this superior level of service. Tom, I cannot thank you enough. The kids are thrilled and I shall remain sane on long road trips!!

I was dead skeptical of going to this place for my sound system. Mike was the rep that I work with . What I got in return was excellent pricing with expertise that you can’t find anywhere else. I was so amazed at the deal I received that I came back for them to install my exhaust kit I bought on Amazon for my 2019 Subaru WRX. I will be returning for more upgrades. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and quick turn around time. It’s worth it!

Had leather seats installed on my car. Looks better than factory. Install was done fast and professionally highly recommend Dealer Source if you want to upgrade your seats.

I have used Dealer Source a number of times for sound system upgrades, alarm system, backup cameras, and other upgrades. They absolutely do the most professional work available for interior systems. One of the best run businesses from the customer’s standpoint I have ever worked with.

Mixed feelings about aftermarket stereo install. They were very responsive and worked with me on getting install scheduled, even meeting me a little closer to home for convenience, which was very appreciated. They even switched it out for a different one for me after I decided I didn't like the original I bought.My issue with them is I think the install they did created some bad electrical issues in my Tahoe and cost me nearly $1,000 in unnecessary repairs that didn't even fix the issue. The problem was with the unit installed. They were responsive to me until I contacted them and told them I was frustrated about it. I haven't heard a peep from them since to even argue otherwise.I had a lot of issues with the unit restarting itself, the screen going black but music still playing. I tried a couple of times to set an appointment to have it looked at, and was cancelled on the morning of because they had a last minute mandatory staff meeting called.Meanwhile, my car is also having electrical/starting issues. My instrument cluster would completely die while driving and come back on. Several times my car would completely die for no reason. Zero electrical activity, wouldn't even turn over. A couple times it left me stranded out running errands with my 2 year old in the middle of August Texas heat. I had told DealerSource about all the weird activity going on. In the meantime, afraid I'd get stranded any time I left the house.Got it to the dealership again (not the first visit for this issue with no resolution), and they said my alternator was bad. I had it replaced but was convinced it wouldn't fix the issue. Again got stranded with a dead car. Took it back to the dealer and they said my battery was bad (though it looked brand new). So I paid to have that replaced because I bought the car used and didn't have a serial number or receipt for the battery in the car. I knew that wouldn't fix it though. Almost $1,000 later and I was still getting a dead car.Finally my service advisor told me we should get DealerSource to come in and look at it. I picked my car up after about a day and was told they changed a module in the unit. Sounds pretty simple to me! I haven't had an issue since. I'm convinced by the events that took place, that their install caused my issues and cost me a ton of money, and they're avoiding responsibility for it.

Took our 4Runner in yesterday for a remote starter. We needed one that would start at 32 degrees and run for a few minutes. We are headed home to Canada and don't have a block heater. They worked all day and couldn't get it to program. They had me take it to Charles Maund ro reseed the keys. That took 3 hours and they couldn't do it. I went back to DS; very frustrated. Steve had his guy call back and talk to the service manager; he gave him a very simple fix and it was ready in an hour. Extremely cheesed off at Charles Maund's inept staff. I can highly recommend Steve and his staff; they never stopped looking for a solution to getting the 4Runner's remote to work. 5 stars.

Purchased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline truck from Gunn Honda, noticed several days later that the tailgate does not lock. I called Honda and ask if my model had a tailgate lock and they stated no. I told them they shoul always let the customer know this. I am sure most consumers assume your tailgate locks. Anyway a representative from Honda referred me to Dealer Source for installation of a tailgate lock. I called and spoke to Mike who asked me what would be a good time to drop off my truck the following day. I arrived and spoke to Mike who was extremely pleasant explaining how long it would take to install the tailgate lock. The place was clean and displayed their products that looked like quality products. I sat down and had a hot cup of coffee and browsed my phone. My vehicle was completed in less than 2 hours. Went outside with Mike who made sure the locking mechanism on the tailgate worked properly and it did. I felt better knowing I had a tailgate that locked. I would definitely recommend this place and shout out to Mike for his excellent customer service!

This is my 2nd pick up that I have had full leather put in. I also had a front and back camera put on this truck and it is amazing. The staff is amazing with helping with whatever you have questions about. I highly recommend them!

I have 2 toddlers so when routines are broken for my kids it makes it harder on me. They came out to my house and installed for the same price. I am super pleased...my installer Thomas was awesome and showed me how to use the equipment. I definitely recommend them. This is the 2nd time we have used them. 1st time leather seats and 2nd for a remote start.

Wow, the service here blew me away. I wasn't sure where to take my 2014 Accord to have tweeters installed. Multiple dealerships refused to install them, but one recommended Dealer Source. The people are kind and knowledgable and they installed everything in a timely manner and the price was right where I was expecting to pay. Would highly recommend them for various installs.
